Flax Bread Avocado toast

Flax bread has been a game changer for myself and certian clients who are following a paleo or AIP style protocol to tamper down inflammation.

You can make your own bread or purchase in the freezer section of your grocery store. I LOVE UnBun Foods Flax bread - they are a Canadian company and their ingredients are paleo friendly.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Grain-Free Flax Bread

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt


Pretty simple here ;)

  1. Toast flax bread in toaster, or broil on high for about 3 minutes per side.

  2. Mash avocado on bread. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and sea salt. Enjoy!
