Cherry, Chia and yogurt bowl

When adding in a new fibre source like chia seeds, I recommend that you start slow and gradually increase over a few days. This is a simple recipe that includes a small amount of chia seeds so that you can introduce them to your diet in a tasty way!


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt

  • 1 1/2 tbsps Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Cherries (pits removed)


Directions, serves 1

Add the coconut yogurt to a bowl and stir in the chia seeds. Top with sliced cherries and enjoy!
